1. What personal information is collected?
The information we collect on or through the Website may include information you provide to us and information we collect through automatic data collection technologies. “Personal Data” or “personal information” or “protected information” as used herein and the Terms of Service, is any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one of several special characteristics, which expresses the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, commercial, cultural or social identity of these natural persons. The types of personal information collected on these pages may include, but are not limited to, your name, email address, standard contact information including addresses and phone numbers, and transactional information. You also may provide additional information to us when you conduct a search on this Website, complete a questionnaire or an entry form for sweepstakes or contests, and participate in forums and chat rooms or other community features. We may also ask you to voluntarily provide us with information regarding, for example, your personal or professional interests, demographics, experiences with the services we provide and contact preferences. Wherever Company collects personal information, we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.

As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including the following: (1) IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) to track a user’s session while the user remains anonymous, (2) computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform, (3) purchase history, (4) the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from this Website, including date and time, (5) cookie number, and (6) Web pages and/or products you viewed or searched for. Company analyzes this data for certain trends in statistics, such as which parts of this Website users visit and how long they spend there. In general, we do not link your IP addresses to anything personally identifiable to you. During some visits Company may use software tools (such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.

Company gathers and stores certain types of information whenever you use this Website or the services made available (the “Services”). For example, like many Web sites, we use “cookies,” and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses this Website.  Some web browsers may transmit “do not track” signals to the websites and other online services with which the browser communicates. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, Web sites and online services should do when they receive these signals. We currently do not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard for responding is established, we may revisit our policy on responding to these signals.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter “posted”) on the Company’s social media accounts (“User Contributions”).  Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk.  We cannot control the actions of the social media platforms on which you choose to provide User Contributions, and we cannot control other users of the social media pages that are able to access your User Contributions or with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions.  Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.  Any User Contributions will also be subject to the privacy policies, terms of use, disclosures, and related documents of the platform on which they are posted.

2. What are cookies and how are they used by Company?
Company may place Internet cookies on your hard drive for automatic data collection. Internet cookies are small files that may be placed on your hard disk for record-keeping purposes. Cookies are used to (a) remind us of who you are in order to deliver you better service, (b) estimate our audience size by determining repeat usage of the Website to help target advertisements based on user interests and behavior, (c) track your progress and entries in promotions, sweepstakes and contests, if any, and (d) measure certain traffic patterns for use as a research tool to understand how our users’ habits are similar or different from one another. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. By not accepting cookies, some Web pages of this Website may not display properly, or you may not be permitted to access certain information. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Website.

3. Does Company use Web beacons, and, if so, how?
Company may employ Web beacons (also called single-pixel gifs), which are customized links or similar technologies, on pages of the Website or when sending you newsletters or promotional emails. Web beacons allow Company to (a) determine whether you have opened, or acted upon, a promotional email and which links you have clicked on in order to deliver to you more focused email communications and other information, (b) allow Company to count the number of users who have visited certain Web pages and effectively deliver co-branded services, and (c) enable Company to compile aggregated statistics and determine the efficacy of promotions by using Web beacons from third parties, without allowing such third parties to use Web beacons on this Site to collect or access your personal information.

4. Third-Party use of cookies and other tracking technologies.
Some content or applications on the Website are served by third parties, including application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Website. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. We use automatically collected information and other information collected through cookies and similar technologies to (i) personalize our services, such as remembering a visitor’s information so that the visitor will not have to re-enter it during a visit or on subsequent visits; (ii) provide customized advertisements, content, and information; (iii) monitor and analyze the effectiveness of services and third-party marketing activities; (iv) monitor aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (v) track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities on the Website.

By way of example but not limitation, the application providers listed below may serve certain content or applications on the Website.  You may visit these providers’ webpages directly to find out more information about how they collect and use your information.

  • Facebook API – www.facebook.com
  • Google Analytics – www.marketingplatform.google.com
  • YouTube – www.youtube.com
  • Instagram – www.instagram.com
  • LinkedIn – www.linkedin.com
  • Vimeo – vwww.vimeo.com

We may allow third parties, including our authorized service providers, IAC companies, advertising companies, and ad networks, to display advertisements or provide applications and services on the Website. These companies may use tracking technologies, such as cookies or web beacons, to collect information about users who view or interact with their advertisements or use their applications and services. The Website does not provide any personal information to these third parties. This information allows them to deliver targeted advertisements and personalized online experiences and gauge their effectiveness. Some of the third-party advertising companies may be advertising networks that are members of the Network Advertising Initiative, which offers a single location to opt out of ad targeting from member companies (www.networkadvertising.org).

5. How is your information used?
Company will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others without your consent, except as provided in this Privacy Policy. In general, the information you provide will be used to support your customer relationship with Company. We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

In addition, Company may disclose your personal information in order to (x) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, and violations of the Terms of Service, (y) respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, and (z) establish or exercise our legal rights, or defend against legal claims, and as otherwise required by law.
